Lamine Yamal, one of the brightest talents in world football, is embroiled in a private scandal after being caught having affectionate gestures with Galician influencer Fati Vázquez during a vacation in Italy. A series of photos shared on social media show the two having intimate actions such as hugging and kissing, posing closely on a yacht and jet ski.
Although both Yamal and Fati previously denied having a romantic relationship, new photos continue to fuel dating rumors. According to Spanish media, Fati was invited by Yamal to Italy to share a summer vacation together, ahead of his 18th birthday on July 13.
In the viral photos, Fati appears in a bikini and has moments of hugging Yamal\’s neck and kissing his cheek – actions described as “showing obvious intimacy”. The age difference between the two – Yamal is 17, Fati is 29 – has also sparked controversy on social media. However, according to Spanish law, the age of consent for a relationship is 16, so there is no element of violating the law in this case.

Some netizens criticized Fati Vázquez for the age difference and said that this relationship is controversial in terms of morality. However, many also said that Yamal – although young – is an adult in terms of career, finance, personality, and has the right to decide on her own private relationships.
Fati Vázquez is still active on social networks and shares sexy images on Instagram. In a recent post, she posted a photo of herself wearing a pink bikini with the status: “My energy is strong”. Although not mentioning Yamal, many people believe that the post was implicitly sent to him, as he continued his summer vacation to Brazil without Fati.
Another notable detail is that TV presenter Javi de Hoyos – also an influencer – previously publicly denied the relationship between Yamal and Fati. He said that someone close to Yamal provided information that Fati might be dating another player in the Barcelona team. However, with the recently released images, public opinion believes that the relationship between Fati and Lamine Yamal is quite clear.
